Service Provider Protection Package

Service Provider Protection Package

Stop running your business on contracts you found online.

Moore Law PC drafts the three contracts most service businesses actually need — a client services agreement, an independent contractor agreement, and an NDA — built around how your business actually works, not filled in from a template.

$1,495 flat attorney fee

What happens next: tell us what your business does and what you're currently using for contracts, if anything. Moore Law reviews it and confirms scope before drafting begins.

What's Included

Three contracts. One flat fee.

The foundational paperwork almost every service business needs, in one package instead of three separate projects.

Client Services Agreement

What you're providing, what you're getting paid, and what happens if something goes wrong — in writing, before work starts.

Independent Contractor Agreement

Clear terms for anyone you bring in to help, drafted to support — not undermine — their status as a contractor, not an employee.

Mutual or one-way NDA

Protects confidential information in either direction, whichever your business actually needs.

Package Details

What's in the package, and what isn't.

Built to cover the contracts nearly every service business needs — not a catch-all for every legal document a growing company might eventually want.

What Each Document Actually Does

Three documents, three different jobs.

Each contract in the package protects a different part of how your business operates.

01

Client Services Agreement

Sets the terms every client relationship needs — scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and what happens if a project ends early or a client doesn't pay.

02

Independent Contractor Agreement

Documents the relationship with anyone you bring in to help — payment, scope, and ownership of work product — in a way that reinforces contractor status rather than looking like disguised employment.

03

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Protects confidential business information before you share it with a client, contractor, or potential partner — mutual or one-way, depending on what you actually need.

Why This Matters

A free template protects the person who wrote it — not you.

Generic contracts are written to be broadly usable, not to protect your specific business, your specific clients, or your specific risks.

01

Scope left vague

A generic agreement doesn't define your actual services, so scope disputes have nothing clear to point back to.

02

Contractor status at risk

A poorly drafted IC agreement can make a contractor look more like an employee — a costly classification mistake.

03

No real payment protection

Without clear payment and termination terms, an unpaid invoice can become a fight with no contract to stand on.

How It Works

From intake to signed contracts.

A straightforward process, with one round of revisions built in before anything is final.

01

Submit your inquiry

Tell us what your business does and what you're currently using for contracts, if anything.

02

We confirm scope

A short conversation to confirm which documents you need and any specifics of how you operate.

03

We draft your contracts

Custom drafts of your Client Services Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement, and NDA.

04

You review and revise

One revision cycle to fine-tune the drafts before they're finalized and ready to use.

Not a Template With Your Name On It

The difference is in what the contract accounts for.

A template can't ask what happens if a client wants to end a project halfway through, whether your contractors ever handle client data, or what "confidential" actually means for your business. Those are the details that make a contract actually hold up when it matters — and they only get addressed when someone drafts the document with your business in mind.

That's the difference between a document that looks like a contract and one that actually protects you.

Already Have Contracts?

Old or generic contracts can be reviewed, not just replaced.

If you're already using something — a template, an old agreement, something a previous attorney drafted — tell us in your inquiry. We'll factor that into scope before anything is drafted.

Attorney-Drafted, Not Auto-Generated

Every document is drafted and reviewed directly by Nathan Moore.

Not a document-assembly tool, not a paralegal working from a checklist. The attorney consultation on contract strategy and the drafting itself go through the same person — so the contracts reflect an actual understanding of your business, not just filled-in fields.

Service Provider Protection Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is included in the Service Provider Protection Package?

A custom Client Services Agreement, an Independent Contractor Agreement, and a mutual or one-way NDA, plus an attorney consultation on contract strategy and one revision cycle — all for a flat $1,495 fee.

I already have contracts I found online. Do I still need this?

Generic templates are written to be broadly usable, not to reflect your specific business, clients, or risks. If you're currently using templates or outdated agreements, tell us in your inquiry — we can factor your existing documents into scope.

Do I need an Independent Contractor Agreement if I only have one or two contractors?

Yes. Contractor classification issues don't depend on how many contractors you have — a poorly documented relationship can create risk with just one. A clear written agreement helps support the contractor relationship regardless of size.

What's the difference between a mutual and one-way NDA?

A mutual NDA protects confidential information shared by both parties. A one-way NDA protects information shared by only one party — typically used when only your business, or only the other party, is disclosing sensitive information.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

One revision cycle is included after your initial review of the drafts. Additional revisions beyond that are quoted separately.

Does this package include negotiating the contract with my client or contractor?

No. The package covers drafting the documents themselves. Custom negotiations with the other party are outside the scope and quoted separately.

What if I need an employment agreement instead of a contractor agreement?

Employment agreements aren't included in this package, since employment relationships involve different legal considerations than independent contractor relationships. Call Moore Law PC to discuss employment-specific needs.
